About Us
- MX Plates was founded in 2014 as a Spin-Off from a company leader, in shoe soles for people’s shoes, with 35 years of history.
- Research & Development started in France by one of the company’s founders. Currently all stages of production are done in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.
- We have the advantage to belong to an industrial group specialized in the research for new components applicable to the equine industry.
OUR GOALS
- We developed this horseshoe with horse racing in mind.
- Our goal is to contribute to a better performance and better balance of the horse’s movements.
- We believe that we can improve the horses comfort and well-being. The plate design and the materials used reduce the force exerted on impact upon the ground and re-balance the horse’s foot.
